1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account with rubyph, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise accessing our services, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulations, Presidential Decree No. 1602, Republic Act No. 9287, and Republic Act No. 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012).

If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the rubyph platform and refrain from registering an account. Continued use of the website following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of such amendments.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, to register an account with rubyph. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. rubyph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend or terminate any account if satisfactory proof is not provided or if we have reason to believe the User is underage.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

rubyph operates under a license granted by PAGCOR and is intended exclusively for Players located within the territorial jurisdiction of the Republic of the Philippines. Players accessing rubyph from outside the Philippines do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws. rubyph is prohibited in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal, and we reserve the right to refuse service to any Player based on their geographic location.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To register an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify rubyph immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account with rubyph. The creation of multiple accounts, whether by the same individual or by different individuals acting in collusion, is strictly prohibited. rubyph employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any Player found to have multiple accounts will have all accounts suspended and winnings forfeited.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rubyph accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank, Security Bank), over-the-counter cash deposit at authorized payment centers, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts and transaction processing times vary by payment method and are disclosed at the time of deposit.

3.2 Deposit Limits and Verification

rubyph imposes deposit limits for new accounts pending completion of identity verification (KYC). Players may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (Philippine Passport, Driver's License, UMID, or Postal ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and a selfie holding the submitted ID. Verification typically takes 24 to 72 hours. Until verification is complete, deposit and withdrawal limits apply.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. rubyph reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawals exceeding PHP 50,000 or withdrawals deemed suspicious under AML guidelines. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.4 Wagering Requirements

All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal is permitted, in accordance with AML best practices. Promotional bonuses, free spins, and other incentives are subject to specific wagering requirements disclosed in the applicable promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period, after which unclaimed bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

4. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

4.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on rubyph are subject to acceptance by our system. rubyph reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly in cases involving suspected fraud, collusion, or technical errors. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.

4.2 Game Results and Disputes

All game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) tested and approved by independent testing laboratories including iTech Labs and Gaming Laboratories International (GLI). In the event of a dispute regarding game results, the decision of the game provider shall be final and binding. rubyph maintains logs of all bets and game outcomes for a minimum period of six (6) months for audit and dispute resolution purposes.

4.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets;
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses;
• Abuse of system errors, glitches, or software bugs to gain unfair advantage;
• Use of stolen or fraudulent payment instruments;
• Money laundering or structuring deposits to evade reporting requirements;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing unauthorized access;
• Use of VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.

4.4 Maximum Payouts

rubyph reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on certain games, bets, or jackpots. These limits are disclosed in the applicable game rules or betting terms. In the event of a progressive jackpot win or other high-value payout, rubyph may elect to pay winnings in installments over a period not exceeding twelve (12) months, at our discretion.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the rubyph website at the time of the promotion. These terms include but are not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, maximum bet restrictions, and withdrawal conditions. rubyph reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Players who abuse bonuses or promotions through irregular play patterns, creation of multiple accounts, or coordination with other Players will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently banned from the platform. Examples of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, exploitation of deposit bonuses across multiple accounts, and cancellation of deposits after receiving bonuses.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

6.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

rubyph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling activities. We encourage all Players to gamble responsibly and within their financial means. Gambling should be viewed as a form of entertainment, not as a means to generate income or solve financial problems.

6.2 Self-Exclusion Tools

Players may request self-exclusion for a period of six (6) months, one (1) year, or permanently by contacting our customer support team. During the self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be deactivated, and they will be unable to access the platform, deposit funds, or place bets. rubyph will take reasonable measures to prevent self-excluded Players from creating new accounts, but ultimate responsibility lies with the Player.

6.3 Deposit and Loss Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, these limits cannot be increased immediately but may be decreased at any time. Requests to increase limits are subject to a cooling-off period of seventy-two (72) hours. Loss limits and session time reminders are also available to help Players manage their gaming behavior.

6.4 Access to Support Services

Players experiencing difficulties controlling their gambling are encouraged to seek professional help. rubyph provides links to organizations such as Gamblers Anonymous Philippines, the PAGCOR Responsible Gaming Program, and international resources including GamCare and BeGambleAware. All inquiries related to problem gambling are handled confidentially.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1 Collection and Use of Personal Data

rubyph collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Personal data collected includes identification information, contact details, payment information, transaction history, and gameplay data. This data is used solely for the purposes of account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

7.2 Data Security

rubyph employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure socket layer technology, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems to protect Player data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. All payment information is tokenized and stored in PCI DSS Level 1 compliant environments. Despite these measures, no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage system is entirely secure, and rubyph cannot guarantee absolute security.

7.3 Third-Party Disclosure

rubyph will not sell, rent, or share Player personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent. However, we may disclose Player information to payment processors, game providers, regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and legal counsel as required to operate our business, comply with legal obligations, or protect our rights and interests.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership of Content

All content available on the rubyph platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, graphics, text, software code, game designs, audio, and video materials, is the exclusive property of rubyph Gaming Corporation or our licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8.2 Restrictions on Use

Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any content or software provided by rubyph. Unauthorized use of rubyph intellectual property may result in legal action, including criminal prosecution and civil damages.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The rubyph platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. rubyph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, rubyph disclaims all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall rubyph Gaming Corporation, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by the Player into their account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

9.3 Force Majeure

rubyph shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, internet service provider failures, power outages, or hardware and software malfunctions. In such events, our obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the rubyph platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between the Player and rubyph, the Player must first contact our customer support team and attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or pursue legal remedies in accordance with Philippine law.

10.3 Arbitration

Where applicable and permitted by law, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or another mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, in Metro Manila, Philippines. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

11. Amendments to Terms

rubyph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the rubyph website. Players are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or prominent notice on the website.

12. Account Closure and Termination

12.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request closure of their account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except at rubyph's sole discretion.

12.2 rubyph-Initiated Termination

rubyph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior toward staff or other Players, or regulatory requirements. In the event of termination, rubyph will return any remaining balance in the Player's account, minus any amounts owed to rubyph or subject to investigation.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game rules or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and rubyph Gaming Corporation and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and other policies, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.
